At The Cadre Building, there are no hidden fees. We have no charge for setup, breakdown, or cleanup for your event. Additionally, your event reservation includes a walk-through with our staff a month before your event to finalize an event diagram and ensure your event will be perfect. Our packages automatically include a selection of rental items for your event, including tables, chairs, linens,  stage, bar fronts, an on-site event manager, and a trained security guard. If our standard package doesn’t already have everything you need, our additional services can see to even the smallest details. The Cadre Building can provide additional furnishings, services, and staff upon request, and we also offer a variety of options to purchase for your parking needs, such as pre-paid parking in a nearby garage or valet service at our front door.

• Additional Décor – We understand that even the smallest details matter when you’re planning the perfect party. Our team can provide you with arches, drapery, luxury furniture, and more to put the finishing touches on your event.
• Parking and Transportation Options – From pre-paid parking passes for your guests to a horse-drawn carriage for the bride and groom, The Cadre Building has all of your parking and transportation needs covered. We also offer valet parking through our partnership with Guardian Concierge.
• Bar Packages – If your event includes alcoholic beverages, we offer the option to hire certified bartenders and purchase plans that let you pay per guest or per drink. We also offer drink ticket and credit card bar options, all from a bar menu that’s been customized to your needs and tastes.
• Entertainment Accommodations – If you require band staging, a DJ platform, or a dance floor, The Cadre Building can make sure you have everything you need to create an entertaining evening.
• Lighting – Customize The Cadre Building's indoor and outdoor lighting to set the perfect mood for your next event.
